Yes!  What a great turnout last night.  The room was full of creative activity of all sorts.

It was nice to get together with modellers who can see that there's so much more to the hobby than "buy and fly"   ;D   :P

Robert - the guy who likes to build... rarely finishes, and never flies   ;)

I echo Bruce words, it was a fun and informative night.
i attended Franks repairs session as  i have four balsa wings pending to put back in shape.

Franks repair tips are very useful and he use various material for difference situations.
I don't have the high tech materials; carbon cloth, Kevlar  ...
One material i like to share that I have used is the 'fiber bag' (or Fiber Tissue envelope) that used by couriers like Fedex/CanPost.

next time when you received a parcel in those hard to tear 'fiber bag' save the bag for repair.
Make sure you sand the gluing surface a bit as it would be glossy like wax paper. A quick fix with CA.

Bruce,

re: your "I wasn't expecting that from Frank"

Even an idiot can have a moment of brilliance when you least expect it. ;D
Fun evening.
