Spring is nearly upon us.  Don't forget that this is the weekend when our clocks "spring forward."

We thought it would be fun to have a competition at the March Pilots' meeting, on Wednesday 14th March, challening people to match the workshop photo to the owner!  Does your workshop reflect your personality and brain? Dare you share with others how you work?  There will be prizes of astonishing value for the person(s) with the most correct guesses.  And maybe a star prize for the "members choice" workshop.

Please send Andy Hoffer a PM or shoot him an email (andy.hoffer@rogers.com) with your workshop photo before Tuesday 13th March.  I'd hate my photo to be the only one!!!!!

Also, Greg Hazelton has kindly offered to do a quick soldering clinic.  Bring your questions and if you like, troublesome items and we'll see if we can help.

Lastly, we'd like to offer a pre-maiden flight check of your latest projects.  Bring in your winter builds and use the combined experience and critical eyes, to check for faults before you try to fly it!  ;D

Wednesday 14th March at Colonel Mustards' Pub. 6546 Highway 7 in Markham.  Dinner in the restaurant from 5ish, downstairs for the meeting at 7:30pm.

Lastly, keep your eye on the website calendar - we are about to publish the 2018 Events calendar.  We're keeping all the old favourite events, plus continuing with last years hit - Cub Day.  And, you may have seen in the racing section of the forum, we are going to have 2 test races early in the season - one with Warwings and the others with 3S warbirds.

Hope to see lots of you next week!
Simon
