Flight Instruction Wednesday August 28th TBD
« on: August 26, 2019, 12:40:24 pm »
The forecast looks very promising for Wednesday evening.

Those crosswinds desired for Joseph's continued flight training hopefully will materialize when he is able to attend so that he can progress from soloing to his wings.

Unfortunately I am not attending Wednesday.

I am sure that our instructors and ground crew team can competently carry on with Frank's enthusiastic guidance and encouragement.  :)

If it’s flyable, I’ll be there!  :D

We’ll miss you Bruce, but will look after everyone.

Simon,

re: your comment  "If it’s flyable, I’ll be there!  :D"

It is always flyable.  Just depends on how chicken experienced the pilot is.

I'll be there, especially now that Bruce cannot make it..

An “old” student (i.e. one from the past) said they would drop in on Wednesday, hopefully! Who can it be?!

Here’s a hint ...... “I was inverted!”

Hi Bruce , you will be missed, but i know that the rest of instructors and ground crew are more than capable of handling Wednesday;s flying. Joseph's soccer commitments are done for now so he will be attending on Wednesday. Just checked the weather and it calls for brisk winds and gusts, just hoping Mini Apprentice will be able to handle it.      William.

Busy evening.  Great socializing and good flying ....in another cross wind.

Da Photo Report:

22- David laughing at Athol's Inter-gallactic communication.
24- Graham hard at work ironing rolling the runway.
25- BJ's 787 post-tree spit.  It hit a tree and was rejected.
26- Scorch Danen getting ready for Sunday's Dog roast at the Funfly
27- My Corsair flipped on landing and left a 2.5 bladed prop.
29- The peanut gallery is getting larger.
31- "Who took the last Timbits!!"
33- a guest drops by and challenges BJ to a duel.
34- Dr TX Budney doing a check-up on two transmitters.
39- nothing good could have been discussed here between Richard and BJ.
41- Chris is still smiling.... because today's business trip was cancelled.
42- Gray is back to help coach BJ on the finer points of model airplanes.
44- Chris and his new airplane.  From delivered to his house to maiden flight in 4 hours.  What's the rush?
45- Chris after his first flight with his new Pitts.

More photos to follow tomorrow.
