While doing my sweep for anything left behind last night, I noticed, and picked up, a couple handfuls of caution tape that had broken free and blown south down the pits.  Upon trying to re-tie a larger piece back onto the table, it just broke into pieces. It seems the sun has faded and deteriorated the tape, making it brittle and crumbly.  I would recommend the tape be removed/replaced before it all breaks off and blows into the beans.

Thanks Mike... and thank to Mark as well for helping to keep the field tidy.

I cleaned up a few more tape stragglers today.  We don't need to replace it.  I believe all members are not using the tables and are explaining to new members.

Over the next couple of weeks I'll continue to tug on tape ends and remove bits and pieces.

Cheers,

David
