Title: BJ has been busy!
Post by: Frank v B on January 13, 2019, 04:11:28 PM
Poor BJ is frustrated he could not post some photos.  Here are the photos.  BJ will add the verbiage.

Frank, on behalf of BJ (Flag-Post Man).

Thanks Frank
I lost my FlyZone Sensei to my radio wanting to do this crazy 😜 starboard turn when I was in left hand circuit.
It happened 4 times to me. Thinking it was my inexperience.
So Cub day was coming up last year. I wanted a bigger Cub than what I had..... and some fun with it.
Almost had it done. Missed it. But with our CFI's help got it flying. Bruce had it all trimmed out for me.
We had it on a couple of flights and my cowling flew off....
As Frank says put it in the corner. I did and PooF an old cowling showed up.... for a discounted price.
Now you can see.... 👀
come on spring...

@BJROB Take the damn eyes off.  I had it trimmed without the eyes.  I don't like things looking at me while I trim a plane!

Especially when they look at you sadly and wonder why am I seeing this ground coming up at this rate?

Trust me.  It will make that cowl last longer...

I never said they weren't cool.

But BJ, if you want to dress up a cub, put skis on it and don't wait til spring.
