Title: ViFly finder (Beeper)
Post by: Oscar on July 27, 2020, 12:41:42 AM
Earlier I bought a beeper called ViFly Finder.  There are number of version.  The one I bought is version 2.  From what I read, in the past, this device only works for Drone (you solder it to the Flight controller).  The new version now works for the plane.

I made a short video on how to use the device.  I think when mounting this device, I would mount it outside of the plane.  It claims the battery life is about 30 hours and each time you fly, it will self charge the battery.  (Suggest the first time to charge 90 mins for a full charge)  Its quite loud (review said it close to 100db)

I order directly from their website.  You can order it from Amazon Canada too but in their website, if you order 3, you get discount which is cheaper than Amazon.

If we get corn again next year these things will be great. Can you easily move it from plane to plane?
