The lining up for landings is interesting and will have to try it out.
The elevator and throttle on landings sucks big time. The wings are wagging all over the place and the touch down zone is vague, if not uncontrolled. This "harrier " approach might be OK for 3D planes and lots of time on the stick but not good for newbies with trainer planes.
A flatter approach at a flying speed to maintain control then ease off power, about one wing span above the ground.
