Title: Wed night flying - Aug. 17
Post by: Michael on August 17, 2005, 06:12:37 PM
What a great evening! About 10 flyers with light foamies and trainers right up to a brushless pattern ship and large scale planes.

Best Wed. night flying yet!

Yes,  It was fun, but it got dark fast.

We'll have to make the best of as many Wednesday evenings as we can before the end of the year.

Michael,

I know you were working, but you missed another fantastic Wednesday evening flying.  There were quite a few flyers out (perhaps 10 or more) will all sorts of flying going on.  At one point there were three airplanes in the air, all weighing over 8 lbs.  One on 6S li-po (Simon's Mustang), and two on 24 cells each (Andre's Cap and my Hog).

Beautiful flying weather.

I heard. Nestor called me and sent me photos of the evening. It looks like it was a lot of fun!

I'll be out this Sunday morning, weather permitting.

I can't make it this weekend.  I have to fibreglass the "SS Minnow" on Saturday, and on Sunday we have a "social gathering".

I'll be there next Saturday (Sept 3) for sure, and probably next Wednesday evening.
