I flew today. 10lbs payload.
Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

I know the title of this thread is "flying tomorrow" but I'm planning on going today, for some 5S X-plane and 6S jet action! Anyone else coming?

Oscar

I thought the forecast say 50km/h SW wind today.

A few of us should be there at 1 pm today.  Rob and I are trying my new combat warwing  that I brought to the last build class.  I added a rudder as flying with evelron was giving me some headaches... lol  to used to flying with a rudder now...

Oscar

What a fantastic afternoon.  The wind is calm.  Weather is +7c.  It was a great show Greg and Rob did on the combat warwing.  Also there was a heli 3D flight demo too (I am sorry, I forgot his name).  I enjoyed it very much.  Later, Philip, Loi and I flew the WACO together.  Just before I left, Glenn arrives at the field too.   :D

Anyone planning on flying tomorrow?

Please be advised that a number of the morning crew are meeting for lunch at the Swiss Chalet in Stouffville, located on Stouffville Road (north side), east of highway 48. Meeting a 12.

After lunch we are going to the TEMAC field to start the flying season for some (continuing to fly for others).  Everyone is welcome!

Lunch is optional.  Likely arriving at the field around 1:30.

Hope to see you there.  I'll bring streamers, if anybody is interested.

::)

I'm only 20 years from retirement so hold a space on the morning crew for me!

Takeoffs are optional. Landings are mandatory.
