I can already tell you there has been improvement because I've clicked on three things and managed to navigate all of them!  So fortunate that we have you Ben. Thanks as always
Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

Seems to be very stable now.
Pages loading smoothly,  no more "cannot find server" messages, and the resizing issue in the photo gallery (using IE) appears to be fixed as well.
