Fellow member Rob Dickinson went into hospital this morning at 8 am for knee replacement surgery. He will stay overnight.
Here is hoping we will get an update soon.
We discussed the options: Robart, Klett or Du-Bro. ;)
Get better soon Rob. Your basement workshop needs you! Balsa dust is the best remedy. ;D
Post an update as soon as you feel like it.

Good Luck Rob!
I guess you need Santa to come early and bring you a bunch of kits!
Get well soon.
Although, I must say that flying in winter is not as much fun as when the sun warms us up.
Building season is here.
Hope your workspace is clean and start another project!

Just received (8:20 pm) a text from Marg, Rob's wife:
"Hi Frank It's Marg. Surgery went well. Very efficient hospital.
He is managing his pain and hopefully will be home tomorrow."
Frank
Speed recovery Rob !!
Talked to Rob just before lunch today. He was kept an extra day (2 in total) and was planning to leave after lunch today.
He sounded OK but hurting. They had to put 3 extra staples in the cut yesterday to help stop the bleeding.
He was told it would not hurt. Rob's comment: "They lied!!" ;)
Get better soon.
Frank
Hey Rob!
I wondered where you'd gone? Knee replacement eh? Some excuse!
So glad to hear it went well mate? Take care old pal, recover soon and get ready for next season and the upcoming 'build months'.
Talk soon,
Rog
Hey Rob,
Wishing you a full and speedy recovery.
@Frank v B is the resident expert on post-knee -surgery physio and exercise! I'm sure Marg can assist your efforts with a whip and a poker, just like Cynthia did for Frank!! Cheers, Andy
