Title: RCM StickIt IV (from 1992)
Post by: Athol on February 15, 2021, 10:54:31 AM
Here's another retro kit that I started last summer and as the lockdown continues, I have just managed to complete this "fun fly" machine. It was published in RCM in 1991 and bought 2 kits on a trip to Toledo in 1992. One I built way back then and have just completed the other one. The first I sold to a friend - pics in the link below. It was Red & White on the top and blue and yellow on the bottom. Flew it with a K&B 40 nitro at the time.

The new one has been converted to electric using a Turnigy G32 and 3 blade 11x7 prop.

If you're inclined to build one from scratch, here's a link to the plans and documentation on Outerzone

It has a single nose wheel and tail skid - no fancy landing gear!
