Gentlemen, I need some "Ken Coleman" Assistance.

I need to make a rather large scale pilot and a guy at work gave me two bags of blue foam.  I am going to start a quick build thread to build a light wieght scale or funny pilot.

Here is some basic tools and products used:

1) Blue Foam squares
2) Hot foam cutter
3) blades (box, exacto)
4) Screw driver
5) Sand paper (Fine /Med)
6) Sanding block
7) Drywall compound
8) Aryclic Paint
9) Glue (Foam safe / Hot glue)
10) Sharpy
11) Soldering iron (Fine tip)

First I tend to glue all the foam blocks to make something about the size of the pilot.  Use a black sharpy and make an outline of the pilot on all sides.
I then check with the plane and see if it looks rather scale or the right size.

Cool!  Give lots of detail for us not artistic types.  I know you built a really nice pilot last year but left out the how-to as I recall  :)
