Thanks to Frank Van Beurden and Michael Rogozinsky for their great (and, as always, inspiring) talks on conversion of gas planes to electric power.  Lots of good discussion during their presentations at the November pilots' meeting.

Highlights (see photos):

Frank:  "Just close your eyes and pick a motor.  Don't think too much about it!!" 

Michael:  "It doesn't matter how big your banana is!  Just use 100-150 watts per pound!"
