Tornado Swing Wing

Here's a video of the Tornado Swing-Wing created by Thomas Heuer and posted on his channel SODYs3D.  This is a split screen video showing on board transitions and it's very cool.  There is no transition effect showing in the video.  This is a hand launch, 4S 70mm EDF... no hand launch assist or stabilization.  I'll be printing this one when it's ready.

That looks so cool; great speed with the wings folded.
Is it me or is there some flutter/play/flexing when the wings are extended?
Are ailerons also effective when wings are folded?
