My flying boat was gathering dust in the basement since it's water maiden back in June. Since I still have a few of these "TORO-PAD wheels" in my inventory...eh...junk box, I decided to add  a simple easy to remove tricycle landing gear. It clips to the side of the fuse and sits behind the step. Three rubber bands secure it in place.  Here's a video of the taxi and flight test:
