Random grouping of items maybe, but the parallel charge board is the real item. Super useful to charge multiple lipos (of the same cell number and capacity) at the same time.  Saves hours charging (I use them all the time.) This is a deans connector and up to 6S

Not sure how the cell balancer works, you'll have to look that up. And a bonus Tachometer!!!
