A - Want to know why they call me "Big Mike"?

B - 3oz, 800Watts, "Wink, Wink, Nudge, Nudge"!

C - Never mind it, looks straight enough, "I'll trim it out"!

D - The one that got away, "it was this big"!
A motto to live by:
"What other people think of me is none of my business"

battlestu

a.   So a Rabbi , a Priest, and a Minister walk into a bar...
b.   Each one of these stars represents a nooner race I won
c.   Take that other racers... pew pew
d.   Do you have a monkey burger that is this big?

Greg
"I'm disrespectful to dirt. Can you see that I am serious?"

I LOVED your "Roto Rooter" talk.  Much cooler than a plunger for getting those obstinate brown things to go down the drain, or to find out where they are hanging out.  Bravo Ed!  I think it would be cool to have the big one at the fun fly and see how many pilots it could pull in a tug of war.  Or we could have a power challenge, sort of like a tractor pull, and see how many big-A$$ planes at full throttle it could pull.

Your diverse career is an amazing adjunct to what we do.  We are very, very lucky to have you in our club and we certainly appreciate the generosity of spirit you show in so freely sharing your extensive expertise.  You are a tremendous resource, and it's nice to see that others respect and value this, and show it by letting you win the pylon races to keep you engaged and happy!!  ;D

Thanks again for a great and inspiring talk.

Andy

Andy.  have you been smoking the herbs again?  Yes Ed, it was very interesting but all I could think about was the poop particles on your equipment   ;D

I was thinking Sci-fi all night, like Terminator or The Red Planet or something!

gmcnic

A)  Alright guys, who swiped my engines ?

B)  ...one little button battery goes here,...

C)  Hold it right there, buddy.  This wing is loaded!
C)  Please pay your 2014 dues, or else...

D)  All rise for the singing of the TEMAC anthem.
D)  Scratch-builder raises his hands, as if to fly...

Great job last night, Ed.  Are you not nervous being in possession of those "top secret" photos?
Cheers, Graham

Frank v B

A)  "Three more hours of sanding!!  Who cares!  It's not work"
B) "I dare Glenn to hit me here with his prop"
C) "Simon, it's a Slipstream, not a Rifle"
D) "And if it won't take off the water, I go like this, part the sea and take off on wheels"

Thanks for the interesting talk Ed... and surviving our insults.

Frank

The obvious TEMAC application for Ed's pipe crawlers just occurred to me:

Aircraft extraction!  These machines would be great for pulling Nooners out of the farm field after they auger into the soil.

I'll bet they could even climb trees to retrieve Simon's jets - just need to add an RC claw on the front.

Ed, you are inspirational!

Andy

Frank v B

"Ed, you are inspirational!"

Now that I understand what you do for a living I can understand why you fit into TEMAC so well.  It successfully allows you to put up with sh*t for all your waking hours. ;D

I suppose this also helps to explain why I'm such a sh*t disturber here..  I cant get away from the stuff!
