Was at the field to help Ryerson with flight training.  Michael, David and Mark arranged for a beautiful day.  That's why they are on the Board. :D

Photos:
06- Glenn was there- Where does this prop go??
07- Eric in the Maestro seat.  Good to see him out there.
08- Someone playing peek-a-boo with a large Extra (Goldberg kit)
09- Oh, it is Glenn again.
10- Michael can't decide which airplane to fly.
11- Mark before flying with a broken left aileron servo stuck in the "down" position.  He brought it back safely.
12- Dave with a big plane and a bigger smile.
13- ...or should Dave fly this one?
14- Graham pointing to Mark's plane... "I found the prop.  It was hiding".
15- Alex Ho- a visitor with his first plane- a UMX Timber.

....and a photo by Mr. McNicol of Alex and some Temac dude.

It was a great day to fly, so I flew over the field in my Cessna 150 C-GDMA, and waved. :-)

More photos of Friday afternoon's flying session.

16- Peter with his Twin Otter(?).  He flew it majestically.  Very powerful and fast.
17- Kenny get back in the swing of things with his leaf blowers.  Note Mark in the background waiting to launch his plane.
18- Alex with his Cadet senior.  A large plane.  Note Mark still waiting in the background to launch his airplane... but at least the photographer was getting closer.
19- Alex's plane in the air.
20- ....and he brought it back safely.
21- Kenny did a torque whatever on take-off.  Nose job required.
22- Cowboy Loi showed up with his jets.
23- Ryerson student William Kemp after his first flight.  The plane was a roll of tape held together with foam.   ;)
24- Colin showed up with his 3D printed plane.  It was maidened and flew fine.  fasssst! even though it never got past half throttle on the maiden flight.  One of his two sons in the background.

Again, a beautiful day.

Guy,

re: "It was a great day to fly, so I flew over the field in my Cessna 150 C-GDMA, and waved. :-)"

You are so discreet.  Whenever Andy flies over the field he does two circuits and waggles his wings.... so we know not to look up. ;)
