Title: Oscar, Michael and Dave: Can you do this with your RC Grumman floatplane?

Only in the Yukon.  Form follows function.

Notice the starboard wing float retracts after landing in order to dock.

I think on where I fly, the dock is too high for that.
Besides, I dont see my Widgeon has a door access for the passengers.   ;D

But its so cool.  I didnt know it has that function.  Thank you Frank

Oscar,

I watched it again after your post.  Watch how cooly the guy on the dock grabs the wingtip float and expertly misses all the luggage.
They have done this routine more than once.

This can't be in the owner's manual written by Grumman.
They just make it happen.... because they can*.

That is so cool....😎
That would be something I would design. :o
What's that BJ..... ???
Wingtip floats that fold out...so I land straight turn into the dock fold out on a turn.
Then when takeoff level out drawing the float back to lock in.... ;D
