Local FPV er that needs his head examined!

I received information about a local FPV enthusiast that needs his head examined.  He is one of the group that previously is suspected of flying near full scale aircraft that raised alarms at our field.  In the attached photos you can clearly see the altitude of 3000' being surpassed and the coordinates locate it to a field outside Mount Albert...  Possibly he is endangering his own flying location as well.

If you know who to report this clearly foolish individual to PLEASE let me know or ask me for his name and I will provide all his information.
