Scale competition?

Do they allow modified ARF's?  ;D

I'd be interested in going to check it out.  I've heard about it for years but have never gone.

ROAD TRIP!!

No competition.  Basically a big scale funfly.  Scratchbuilt, ARF's  semi scale etc.
Don't show up with your trainer and expect to fly, unless your trainer is scale like a Tigermoth. ;)
Fairly big event.

I watched the video and most of what I say was a bunch of "not very scale" 3D planes.  And those heli's sure didn't look or perform like full size   ;D

Still, it looks like a fun event to check out... to see how the other half live.

I got hooked on e-power after watching Mark Thompson fly his CL-215 at the Scale Rally. This was a few years back at Kiwanis Park before the move to the present location at the Waterloo Rod & Gun Club. Great show.

BTW haven't seen much of MT the past few years.

Is anyone still interested in going to this... as a spectator?
