Personalised Name Tags

Hi all,

I've had a request for TEMAC PErsonalised Name Tags.  You've probably seen them being worn by members?
I need to order a minimum of 10 tags at a time and the price, all in is $10.00 each.

I would need your Name (First & Last), MAAC Number and what Label you'd like (Pilot, Instructor, or any other derogatory tag)!
