I monitored the electromagnetic environment at TEMAC today using an ICOM portable scanning receiver.

During my scan of 72-73 MHz, I heard occasional electrical impulse noises of very short duration and low level but nothing of significance.

If there's radio interference at the TEMAC field I didn't hear it today.

No...it was too windy for spd400 and cold too. Not to mention that I didn't have a plane with me.

Rod,

Thank you for re-introducing yourself to me again last meeting. It brought back a lot of fond memories, no, I don't go to ICOM to calibrate their spectrum analyzers or related coms equipment any more, as a matter of fact, we stopped onsite engineering works long time ago. As well, I am no longer part of the workfore since last year, and love every minute of it.

Good to know that you couldn't find any interference at the field today, but I did loose 3 planes over a very short period of time last season, and couldn't figure out what went wrong, must be the dumb fingers. Anyway, good seeing you again.
