Interesting. I watched the quad video first and located reference points where you found Simon's wing. It was so obvious to see.
I then watched the earlier FPV flying videos and could not see it in any of the videos when the plane got to the approximate location.
The quad videos were so much clearer.
Nice use of your R/C assets and abilities... and thanks for not giving up. 8)

Yeah, I did the same too. I did flew pass it. The advantage using the quad (grass eater) is the ability to hover. The technology has changed so much and the price has truly come down. In the past, with analog video feed, there is so many static and its not possible to do that.
The one I am using is DJI FPV. 720p HD live feed back to the goggles.

I usually do it the old fashioned way
Walking the rows .... hopping I don't step on it.
Yours is a much easier way.
