I finally got around to making a fuselage jig, something I should have done a while ago. It makes assembly so much easier and the airframe so much straiter. The base is a piece of 1 X 12 X48 inch ply, and the jig blocks are made of hardboard with 1/4 inch hardwood ends. The bolts are 1/4 by 6 inches and with the wing nuts on top it is easy to adjust them so as to be able to line everything up before gluing, so even when using CA you can be sure the structure will be strait and true.

Not for sale, but I am happy to help you make one Simon. Cost was about $30 and it took about an 90 minutes to construct, not counting glue drying time.
