Yea 400W/lb should about do it.. But wouldn't a nice round 500 be better?

1) the guy must have spent hours analyzing slow motion footage of a dragon fly.
2) the control is amazing
3) lots of credit to the photographer for the footage.  Almost as good as Andy. ;D
