Hi All:

This was passed on to me by a flying enthusiast at work.  Sorry if this is a re-post, but I had to share it with you knowing the passion so many of you have for Spitfires.

So, a US Air Corps Doctor takes dozens of 16mm (NOT 8mm!) reels - sends them home - (never sees them until after 1947) the grandson converts them to DVD and tries to contact the men in the film --- including a pilot - last name Blyth - who does a wheels up landing that the Doc captures on his own 16mm camera....film quality is amazing....

I had this earmarked to watch when I had a moment.  Thanks Andy for bringing it to our attention.  A great bit of information/history and film.
