Hi members,
just a reminder that this evening starting around 5:30pm we will be working on the new section of the runway, pits and driveway. Bring shovels, rakes, wheel barrows and seed spreaders. We will need to level the transition between the two areas, sow about 50Kg of seed and fertilizer and also spread the crown out on the driveway. Lots for everyone to do.
Bring some wet weather gear as it looks like we may have showers. Good for growing grass if bad for flying. Sometime this week after we do the work the farmer will roll the new are and it should get smoother.
Thank you all in advance for volunteering to help out. Even if you can't do physical work, like me, come out and encourage your club mates in this worthwhile job that will benefit us all in the long run.
