Last night I tried a takeoff with my Mirage jet in zero-wind conditions. It didn't make it, and smashed through the growth at the end of the field, and was ripped apart when the front landing gear got stuck in the weeds.
Well, if any of you have seen how well and how quick Greg can repair his planes, this should show how easy it is to repair foam models, even if smashed into many bits.
The model is repaired and functional, but still needs cosmetic refinishing. I'm not in any rush to do that; it'll look just fine in the air as is.
