Title: Foam filler
Post by: Coro-Boy on September 09, 2012, 09:49:04 PM
In a small crash with my formosa the motor stick mount was peshed over enlarging the hole. What can i use to fill the gap ??
I thought of using the expanding foam insulating stuff, what are your thoughts and other ideas ????

Perfect fix. A trick is to put the stick in and set it up at the correct location by putting on the cowl and lining everything up with a couple drops of foam CA.  Then remove the cowl and fill the gaps with poly glue ie gorilla glue and let it set up standing on it's tail. It will be stronger than new
