Title: HK battery glue gun
Post by: sihinch on September 29, 2012, 11:58:46 AM
Just wanted to let you all know that I tried my hobbyking lipo powered glue gun and it was awesome. It uses a 3S lipo with XT60 connector and mini glue sticks.

Great for foam repairs at the field.

That's awesome :D

Doesn't using glue guns somewhat melt the foam though?

Low temp hot glue works fine.

You could probably pay it off in rental fees tomorrow alone!

Imran - I like hot melt (high temp) because it does melt the foam a little, and then I feel you get a really good bond, when you pump in the hot glue in the gap.
