So got my "Sport Jet" yesterday and it actually also came with an EDF unit! Cool ... only trouble is I've NEVER had an EDF and never even looked at someone else's fan unit up close so I have no clue as to how they go together.
However, using some common sense I've sorta mocked it up but I need your opinions as to if it looks right. I've put together a seies of photos and if you guys can follow along and given some input as to what I've done right or wrong I'd appreciate it.
This first one is of all the parts laid out. Seems pretty simple ...

More pics to come ... a client just arrived. ;)

That looks like it might be a pusher setup, where the motor is mounted in front of the fan.

it reminds me of an ammo fan unit
Ok sorry about the delay boys ... but sometimes I actually have to work! lol! Anyways my confusion is really:
1. How these parts fit togetjer ... in what order and in what direction.
2. Does it matter if those fins on the spinner are in a particular orientation relative to the ones on the "main housing"? (for lack of technical terms!)
Here are th pics showing the orientation of the bits as per my "guess".
