Cost overruns. I feel their pain.

I find the "crash & not burn" method works for me.....

Crash a plane, take out the old electronics and then you don't burn money on new stuff!  ;)

My F-35C in the build thread cost about $75...that one stayed on budget. Come to think of it I've started the second version to try to deal with the lack of power and poor slow speed performance, so...
