Title: Info on Eflight Carbon-Z Yak 54
Post by: sts41 on December 12, 2012, 08:54:11 AM
Hi All... Looking for those who have had this plane in the passed...or still has.

I am placing my HK order and need to order the batteries for the Yak

Recommended is 4S-2800mA

Is that a good choice? Is there room for larger battery (4S- 3200mA)

Thanks Steve

Hi Steve,
I am using 4s 3000mAh and you will not have a problem to fit larger batteries as long as the width is the same. There is room for longer and thicker batteries - you can use the measurements of a Nano Tech 3000 25-50 for reference.
If you need a more accurate measurent let me know.

I did a check, the nano-tech 3000 is:
150X45X24        299g
and
147X44X26        337g

is the 3300 nano-tech....It is smaller except for height...But only 2 mm bigger, Will take the chance

Thanks Bobby
