#2013-38
The float flying evening was short, but it was exciting. Several people took a turn at my Flyzone Beaver (I added "Flyzone" in there to hopefully fend off some comments) and the consensus is that it is a great, simple, float plane that several people will be getting for themselves.
BTW, I know it's hard to tell, but that Horton of Keiths is not a fiberglass ARF. It's scratch designed, built, and Monokote covered. It was quick!

Any chance there is some video of it? It is beautiful!
I didn't get any video but Mike (Kingston member) said he was going to post some on his youtube channel:

Hi there, Its Mike from Kingston who's supposed to get the video up of the Horton.
I did get one up of his Wright flyer, unfortunately, when he flew the Horton the first time, I wasn't there, then when I was there, I had battery issues and the camera was dead......no video.
I'm hoping to see him again, perhaps at the IMAA meet in August in Kingston, and I'll get footage then and certainly do up a video.
In the meantime, for those who aren't aware, I have a collection of videos that may interest some, some with music, some without.

Sorry to anyone who was already aware of the YouTube channel and were checking for the Horton video, it's only now while exploring links at our own club site that I found this thread and realized at least one person was waiting for it.
Hey, thanks for the links Mike! :)
