I saw a similar case in Flying Magazine this month.  Fine from FAA was $10,000 for unauthorized commercial aerial photography (i.e. no Certificate of Authorization had been obtained).

I agree. What a shame he flew over vehicles and pedestrians, including one woman with a baby in her arms.

(But it was a nice video.)

Good points Pat. I have to admit that I didn't watch the whole film.
