Title: The Bermuda Bean Triangle
Post by: Gregor77 on July 17, 2014, 10:42:31 AM
So I spent some time looking for my scorpion 4s,3300 battery after the mid air with Simon. What I did find were remnants of other planes such as tails. Wing bits and other misc parts. Now I know most of the planes that we fly off by heart. But some appeared very strange. I wonder if there are more missing planes than we expected?

Let's make a list of missing planes and reported date of Mia, and if they were ever recovered at a later date.

I lost a 15X8 wooden prop in the summer of '13.  South portion of the triangle.  Never seen again.   I there are remnants of Ronnies jets here and there.   I also believe that there is an apprentice wing in the tree's to the south.

I'm missing an oleo strut for my Ercoupe. The damn thing just fell off and I did not catch a glimpse of where.

I bet if I skimmed the place with my hex and gopro with fatsharks, I'd probably find enought to stock a hobby shop lol, if anyone looses a plane or something they can't find I'll give it a shot, just let me know!

what are the three points of the triangle?  What other strange happenings have occurred in the triangle?  The residents of Stouffville have mentioned of seeing strange lights

At Rogo airplanes have disappeared from the sky and been found up to a minute later still flying. Happened a few weeks ago with a 13 foot glider that was thermaling and vanished but was discovered about a minute later, still in the air.
There also appears to be a very heavy gravity gradient that comes and goes at the north east corner of the field that sucks models right out of the air when they are turning final. I have personally experienced this numerous times.
Sometimes a malevolent force takes control of my models and they do not respond to my transmitter.
I have seen models take off but mysteriously land with parts missing that were there before they left the ground. Where do these parts go to?
Once Andy was waving his backside around in an attempt to put  spell on one of the model planes! Others observed this behaviour besides myself so it's true.
I once saw a member who looked as though he had been stabbed multiple times but it was just Greg wearing his "pizza shirt".
There are other bizarre happenings that I can think of now that someone has opened the door on the happenings at the Rogo triangle.

I'm glad this topic has finally been brought out in the open!

Jack just because I'm not at the field anymore does not give you the reason to let ones like that slip!  Come on man were TRYING to keep the place "family friendly" but with you lobbing them up there its difficult to resist!

Its great not having to worry about my Nooner racing points!

That was a test Ed @Ededge2002  to see if you were still with us.
You've been uncharacteristically quiet of late.
Good to see that warped mind of yours is still in good form.
Judging by our politicians Ottawa has a way of numbing the mind.
Watch out you might become ordinary.

Jack.

The beans did it again! They took my yellow and green battery hatch and hid among their yellow and green leaves!

Maybe iJack can help?

Andy:
re: Wow!  A genuine aircraft harvester.

Now if we can only put that harvester unit on skis with big ass rubber bands it can harvest red foam in the winter.  No other TEMAC member would be affected since we don't have the proper 100 degree below boots, gloves and jackets nor enough red foam to make it worth it
