Been waking up early on the long weekend with the family sleeping in... I had a little project in mind. ;D

Nice going! Very Reno-esque!

I love those early mornings before the house wakes up!  Serious modeling time!

Yes very Reno racer like! Slap some numbers on her and tear up the course ;)

Funny, I was going for the 'Can I see it in the sky' look, but I like the Retro take.  ;D
I was thinking of going to Pinnacle Hobby to see what they have for decals.

Just did a quick Google search and found this library.  Fantasy Race Teams  (http://ws-clave.deviantart.com/gallery/26849511/Fantasy-Racing-Teams)

I wonder how I can get level of detail with Rustoleum and Foamies.  ;)

I usually base the colour schemes of my racers on Formula1 or rally inspired themes.

So far I've used the Rothmans Porsche 1980s scheme (Formosa), McLaren Vodaphone scheme (Slipstream) and last the Brawn F1 scheme (Snitch.)
