Title: Looking for an old klonker
Post by: Ex14th on February 06, 2015, 04:36:21 PM
Hello all,

I am volunteering at one of the Community College's aviation technology prog. which is partnering with the Toronto Club for their RC Wing activities.

I am in the process of rigging a display warbird model for demonstation purposes - retracts, and the whole 9 yard.

I think it may be best to use a brushed motor for simplicity purpose, and most importantly, safety reasons.

I am looking for say an AstroFlite 25 drive system, or even a 40, i.e. complete with motor, esc, and prop. adapter.

I can trade you with couple of HobbyKing new "Donkey" brushless park flyers motors, or some b/l motors I have in collection, or buy it out right for the outfit.

So, instead of having it sitting around collecting dust, wondering what to do with them, go for a trade, tell me what you want, or make a few bucks selling it. Working on a budget if you know what I mean.

Let me what you have, thanks in advance.

Alex

Thank you all, a fellow club member came up with a complete Graupner outfit.

The prop on the Yellow Aircraft 1/5 scale Spitfire now turns when the throttle stick is moved.

Sound module next.

Thx again,

Alex
