Title: 2016-03 TEMAC Tickler, February 10th Pilot Meeting
Post by: sihinch on February 04, 2016, 04:46:43 PM
That's right, it's time for another Pilot's meeting!

Wednesday 10th February, 6-6:30pm.  Meet in the restaurant at Colonel Mustards for dinner, and then we will go downstairs.  Remember this is the new arrangement going forward - dinner upstairs, private aeroplane fun downstairs!

The theme will be racing.  We will learn all about FPV Quad racing from the Hagenssssssesss and then I will announcement the proposal for TEMAC racing in 2016.  Note I said proposal - as always, the Board welcomes input.

Please bring your latest projects to show off.  And build or technical problems to discuss - someone might have the answer.  Actually, most people will probably have AN answer, but who's is the right one!

See you there!
Simon

These should help encourage observance of the appropriate safety rules for drones/quads/FPV etc. ;D

For a fee (donut, coffee or candy bar) I will supply a translation of the second video.  My mother tongue.  Yes, it is Dutch*.

* there is the old joke  "The definition of HELL"  It is the place where the British are the cooks, the Swedish are the comedians, the railroads are run by the Spaniards, the taxi chauffeurs are Belgian, the Germans run the police force .... and the language spoken is Dutch.

I hope these birds won't try to attack a racing drone with 2200KV motors and 4S, it might create a lot of splatter :(
