Got any pictures of the insides?
When it stopped working did it let out the smoke?
Is there any signs of life?

Unless it's something as simple as a fuse I wouldn't attempt a repair if I were you. There are a ton of computer power supply conversion instructions out there.
I converted a few of these guys years ago: 12V, 100A for about $30. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1170784

You can see it in my charging case build, here: http://temac.ca/smf/index.php/topic,3514.msg16721.html#msg16721

We've all had a good laugh at the stories of computer customer service reps getting calls from people who claim that something was wrong with their PCs only to discover it was something really silly like they ddin't even have the power plugged into the wall!

Well, my case was not as bad but I'm embarrassed to report that the cause of my PS's issue was because the plug was not seated properly at the PS end.  It "looked" like it was normal ... but upon close inspection it tuned out that it was dislodged enough to not power up. So ... "problem" solved.  :-[  ;D
