Good meeting last night.

Sorry I had to leave early but it was great to get together with everyone for a beer, a good supper and a lot of laughs.

I can't believe how far things have slipped since last winter. Just look what has become of meal selection - we used to have fish n chips!

It is not about calorie reduction. Life is about calorie optimization. Rabbit food for dinner allows you to eat two candy bars or drink two beers. Whatever turns your crank.
