Title: Lost batteries
Post by: Crazyflyer on November 19, 2016, 06:15:03 PM
Hi Guys, I seem to be missing a couple of batteries from last week.
Has anyone seen one or two of these by any chance?
They would have my initials on the end "SH"
Thanks,
Stephan

Did not see them.  Graham and I walked through the field today and found a Nano-Tech 2200 4 cell that appears to have gone through the harvester.  The connectors (battery and balancing) were sheared off and one cell was sliced open at the corner.
Also found were half of a plywood firewall from a .25 size airplane and 6 separate streamers from the combat boys-  one streamer with the blue foam fin piece still zip-tied to it.  I wonder if they really cut them in combat or if they disintegrated from old age! ;D

Na, I don't think the morning crew's warwings can ever survive long enough to get to an old age, especially Jim's. ;D

;D  The morning crew has been getting together to build a lot more warwings.  We are meeting tomorrow to finish off some and to have extra warwing kits ready for replacements.  Our Warwings do not get old - only the pilots do.
