My brother Ivan and I were down in San Diego at the begging of May for a DLG contest.
Ran into a guy I have know for years ( C/L combat flier) who is working on this.
He mentioned that the plane was almost ready for its roll-out.
I asked if they had any customers lined up, and the answer was no!
I guess they are operating on the "build it and they will come" premise
He does fly UMX planes in the hanger they are building it in :)
