Two weeks ago I dropped my Spektrum DX 8, face down on the road, breaking both control sticks and the antenna. I mailed it to Horizon (C$34), using their pre-approval form.
They replaced both gimbals, the antenna, upgraded the software, tested it, all for no charge. The only cost to me was US$24 for shipping. Plus whatever FedEx will charge me.
