If the weather is decent, I plan on flying this coming Monday afternoon, from about noon or so.
Anyone else?
I think that is doable... ;)
I'm planning Sunday this weekend. Sorry.
I am aiming to be there Sunday, Aug 4 and Monday Aug 5. Probably from 10 am to about 1 pm. If anyone needs help with instruction or a maiden, let me know. Happy to help.
I will confirm each visit the day before. Lately life has had a habit of getting in the way of flying.
Frank
My weekend commitments are very light, so will spend as much time as possible at the field - including Mon

Hi Frank, Joseph and i will take you up on your generous offer for flying instructions on Sunday 4th and Monday 5th . Thank you very much .
I'm planning to be there too! ;D
William,
Happy to help.
Frank
ps: who is the Piker guy who says he is coming? ;) Rob, hope to see you there. You can supervise Bruce and me. 8)
I was there on Wednesday. Didn't see YOU there!
I'm trying to crawl may way back to flying, bit by bit. I'm looking forward to flying more NEXT year ... I know, I said that last year and the year before... :-[
Piker,
We are always happy to see you at the field. We all have stages in life when it gets in the way of flying. The one thing for sure, we may have hiaiti (plural of "hiatus"? 8)) but flying model planes never leaves us completely.
... as I get back to work so my wife won't kill me... which would really get in the way of flying. :) :)
Frank
Simon, Loi and I can meet you on this Sunday afternoon for his F22 n my battery. :) Phi
I will try to make it out on Sunday and Monday. Thanks for your offer Frank.

Perfect. Thanks. I'll bring them both
I'm going to bring a warwing! Any body else up for it? ::)
Yes... I'll be the Warwing decoy.
OOPS! I have to work tomorrow (Monday). I will be there in spirit.
Have fun. Someone please take and post some photos.
Frank
Re: Yes... I'll be the Warwing decoy.
I would prefer it if you (David) brought and flew your Warwing with a streamer.
I can't imagine chasing you while you run and drag a streamer behind you through the beans. I would have to fly too close to the ground to get a strike. But if there isn't any other targets... ??? :-\
No me personally :D... although that would be interesting.
I'll put up my Warwing, with streamer, and casually circuit the field... 'cause that's about the extent of my Warwing ability.

Agreed... no question. I thought I was heading the other way.
Then it took me a minute to find my warwing. I was sure I started with a blue ribbon. ;)
What an excellent day.
Fantastic day. (It's not over; some are still flying.)
I was there from about 11am to about 5pm.
I flew Waterbombers (twice) with Glenn and Robert; I flew my Albatross twice, I flew my Super Cub twice, jets 2 times, and warwing combat twice.
I recall several notable planes flying: 80mm 12S A10 Warthog; Hangar 9 Thunderbolt; E-Flite Carbon Cub; Zen 90 pattern plane; and many others.
it was a great day ... lots of flying
