It is called the ALOHA [Owl 71] Reno F 1 racer, designed by Red Jenson and is a kit. I have seen the drawings and it is not too difficult to build, just a bit of work sheeting the foam wing cores. Fuselage and tail could built in 4 hours, with wings done if a few evenings.
The cowl and canopy hatch are molded epoxy glass and would need sanded, primed and painted.

Simon I was thinking of you when loading the pictures, you need to build one, its all lazer cut and the part will fit perfect. The foam wing may be a little more work though.
