Title: Flying Sunday, July 5, 10 am-1 pm
Post by: Frank v B on July 02, 2020, 05:37:27 PM
I will be at the field Sunday from 10 am- 1 pm.  If anyone needs help with an airplane, I will be glad to volunteer.

Yes, Jim, I will bring the props.  Mark, I will bring my collection of prop adapters.

Hey @Frank v B ,

Are those the weights you stick on the short end of broken props to rebalance them?!!  :D

Your very attentive student, ever waiting for your pearls of wisdom......

I've been called many things in my time (and asked to "clam up" on more than one occasion ;)) but never an oyster.

Thanks for the prop adaptor Frank

Great day for flying.  As Mark said.... the first day without wind.  Hot, humid.... and all that good stuff.  Most importantly... no snow!

Jim, Mark, David, Athol, Simon C., Vadim, Michael, Yakob had a great time flying.

Got to maiden two airplanes on top of flying 6 of my own planes.

Great day,

Frank

Hi @Frank v B

We will talk privately about your perceptions of good weather.  I can recommend some good specialists who can help you. 8)

(Sorry I couldn't be there to chronicle your flights today and provide the requisite annoyance to which you have become accustomed, i.e. "the noisy noise that annoys the oyster".  I was busy flying my 2.1 cu.in. chainsaw today, doing low passes through the saber-toothed hawthorns along my neighbour's fence.  It flies on rails when the chain is sharp, so I felt I was with you guys in spirit!)

@Andy Hoffer wins the award for always replying but only if there's an opportunity to take @Frank v B down a notch.

Hi @bfeist ,

I do have to admit that @Frank v B is very addictive.  Kind of like nachos or potato chips: you can't just have one!   8)
