Title: E-Flite Piper PA 20 10e unboxing and assembly.
Post by: Frank v B on March 14, 2022, 10:34:06 PM
Just arrived today-  It was back-ordered for months and a new production run arrived at Horizon Hobbies two weeks ago.  Relatively on schedule since I was told in November they would not accept orders until the new shipment arrived in late February.  It was ordered a week ago and arrived today.  Good service for all the supply chain issues around the world.  This model is produced in Vietnam.

Main stats
- 51" span
- 36" length
- power 10 with a 40 amp ESC, 11x7 E-prop
- 1800 mah 3 cell battery pack
- 5 channel- 5th channel is for flaps.  This plane won't need them (lightly loaded) but I will install them anyways...'cause I can.

It was beautifully packed, bagged and stapled.

Will start the assembly on the weekend.  We have guests coming tomorrow.

Frank

Ok, why wait until spring.....so I hinged one of the wings this evening.  Flap and aileron.
Very nicely built and fit is great.
